Anne S. Habiby is a development economist. She was a co-founder of the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) (1996) and of the organization AllWorld Network (2007). Habiby is also a Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government.

Habiby earned degrees in economics from Barnard College, Columbia University, and from the University of Cambridge.

Habiby was one of the parties in the case A.H. v. M.P. (Mass. S.J.C. Dec. 8, 2006), a lesbian custody case.
