Ktel60 is the web name of Jim Collins, a native Houstonian approaching 98 years of age (if one may use a midpoint as a defining approach point). An engineer, artist, writer and musician, he still recalls fondly a high school friend's deference to his "infinite cesspool of worthless knowledge". He is a partisan of the Strunk and White usage manual, and the hell with all the rest.
