Krivoy Porog (Russian: Кривой Порог, Karelian: Viäräkoški) is a rural municipality/rural settlement (сельское поселение) and its main settlement in Kemsky District, Republic of Karelia, Russia.
The population in 2013 was 793.[1] The distance to Kem is 50 km.
Geography[edit]
Krivoy Porog is located by the Kem River.
Municipal unit[edit]
The municipal unit also contains the village (деревня) of Panozero as well as the settlements (посёлок) of Avneporog, Panozero and Shomba.[1] The village of Poduzhemye was also located in the area until it was submerged.
