Jorgen Thelin

Jorgen Thelin is a software industry veteran with many years of development experiences spanning mainframe operating system kernels, large-scale transaction processing systems, cloud-scale applications, enterprise application servers, graphical rich client and web applications.

He has spent time at many blue-chip companies including International Computers Limited, NORWEB, Reuters, JPMorgan, and British Sky Broadcasting. Latterly he was Chief Server Architect and Chief Scientist at Cape Clear Software working on web services integration products. Since 2003 he has worked for Microsoft Corporation in a variety of roles around web services and distributed systems.

Jorgen is currently a Senior Software Development Engineer in the Distributed Systems Group at Microsoft Research Redmond Lab.
