Eli Levy Rubinstain was born in Caracas, Venezuela on February 22, 1957 to European parents under the sign of Pisces. He currently resides in Miami. Florida and is a citizen of Spain. With an engineer profession from the University of Venezuela in the year of 1981 and specialized in seismology, and civil profession, with a PhD. in geology, he has also issued other studies such as: -Kabbalah, numerology, feng-shui and astrology, the last one being his passion. Other passions include motorcycles, scuba diving and art.

His latest accomplishments took place in 2011 during a seminar in Rhinebeck NY joined by the world famous Dr. Brian Weiss. Eli Levy Rubinstain is the author of 6 popular spiritual modern books that cover mysticism and Astrology. During his second book tour, he was invited and selected to participate as one the three known astrologists of our time during one of Chicago's big book fair in 2010. Next with his friend and world known Mexican astrologist Giovanna Flores they conducted and led followers into a new realm of consciousness.
