Kokomo is the state capital & county seat, which means Kokomo is home to all of the main activities in the state, and then Kokomo is also home to all of the county activities for the most part. There are county fireworks in Niceville and SexyLand, the county LGBT Pride parade is in Newry. The Newry International Airport was recently built, it serves as a transfer point for people to fly to the Kokomo and SexyLand airports from the rest of the country. Howard County is also the only country with two subways.

Capital of Own State, and Howard County's county seat. It is the populated city in the county and state as well since anyone driving in through the state has to go through Kokomo on Interstate 10 wich terminates just south of Kokomo. State roads 1 and 3 are also in Kokomo that branch out into the rest of the state. State road 1 was realigned when the interstate was added, parts of State Roads 1, and 3 are both on the interstate as well, with SR 1 leaving in the south of town. State Road 3 originally went through downtown Kokomo, however it was realigned to very far north end of Kokomo all the way onto Morgan Street which also seen major upgrades in capacity. It was moved to Morgan Street because Downtown was overly flooded with traffic.

Kokomo's Mayor, Dustin, recently announced that a Subway system will be introduced to the city to help better direct street traffic, and make the public bus system run more smoothly. It is unsure how much of the town will receive the subway though since the Fairlawn Neighborhood is not very dense. Kokomo got the subway system near the 1820 census, but only in the core neighborhoods bound by Dixon, and Delphois, and the south of downtown to the shore in the north. It is currently expected for the rest of the town to be linked to the Subway system leading downtown though by using elevated rail instead, since it is cheaper to construct and to maintain.

SexyLand is the second most populous city in Howard County, and with its current growth rate it remains a possibility of it taking the top spot from the state capital, Kokomo. It is also the 7th most populated, and 6th least populated across the state. State road 3 goes through SexyLand as well. With Interstate 10 being extended through Kokomo it is in the perfect position for Interstate 10 to be brought through SexyLand and possibly all the way down to terminate in Tipton, or even Washington. SexyLand also, around the 1810 census, completed and opened the states first Subway/El Train as a public transportation. It has been extremely successful and highly approved for a town of only a little over 7,000. SexyLand's mayor, Kara, has said that she hopes the the rest of the state also developes a Subway transportation method and hopes to one day have the subway / elevated rail go across the state to help people commute to work, make a living, and most of all she said to "clear those damn roads!" Nearby Kokomo which had nearly 30,000 people in the last census is planning on developing a similar subway due to the traffic problems Kokomo's highly built up downtown has recieved. Dustin and Kara are in talks of possibly connecting their two cities either by Subway, or by regular train as an alternate way of transportation between Kokomo's built up downtown, and SexyLand's developing downtown. As of March of 1810 Interstate 10 opened connecting Kokomo to SexyLand, however since State Road 1 isn't built up yet it doesn't save much time to take I10 instead.

Niceville is the least populated incorporated place withen Howard County, and the third least populated in the entire state. State Road 1 also goes through Niceville, State Road 14 also runs through it connecting Newry to the rest of the state.

Newry is the second least populated city in Howard County, and the 6th most populated in the state. State Road 14's southern terminus is in Newry which connects the city to the rest of the state via State Road 1 in Niceville. Interstate 12 (Old State Road 214) also goes out the west of the town directly to Kokomo, and near SexyLand It has a train system for both passenger and for freight.

Transportation

Newry was the first city in the state to have rail and is credited for starting the Own State Railroad System. The city has two interstates, and the first International Airport in Howard County, the second in the state after Rose Haven.

Greentown was the first CDP in Howard County, however it recently lost that title to unicorporated Hoffer & Southway. Greentown is instead being prepared to being annexed into Kokomo. As the state law goes even though Greentown will be a part of Kokomo by the 1820 census it's population will still be counted as a seperate entity purely for statistical purposes, and will officially be included into Kokomo for all other purposes.

Southway is about 4 miles east of Kokomo, and about 10 miles west of Niceville & Newry. With the CDP status in mind it is likely that both Southway & Hoffer will both become a part of Kokomo eventually, possibly even at the same time that Greentown in incorporated. Greentown is expected to be incorporated around or right after the 1820 census.

Northward is one of five CDP's in Howard County replacing Greentown as the previous CDP. Northward is just outside of Niceville to the north, and less than five miles north of Newry. It is also less than 20 miles from state capital Kokomo. Northward is expected to one day become a part of Niceville, however with Niceville growing so slowly it will definetly be a long time before that will be considered by the county.

Tipton is the county seat, however Washington is the most populous city. The county fair is split between the two cities, and the firworks show goes to Tipton. Not too long before the 1810 census Tipton got a subway system, which sparked Washington to get one as well, just before the census they linked to each other, being over twice as succesful as any other subway system in the state.

Rose Haven is the county seat, most populated in Miami County, one of the fastest growing, and soon to be the 2nd most populated city in the state, however it is currently only the third most populated. Rose Haven has State Roads 1 & 2 meeting in downtown. State Road 2 is split by two seperate one way streets, State Road 1 is an avenue running through downtown. By the 1800 census Rose Haven and Dallas in nearby Hancock County were the first to contrust transportation between towns other than road. They build the states first rail connection by traditional railroad tracks. Kokomo and SexyLand may possibly connect by traditional rail or by a Subway/El Train soon. Rose Haven mayor, Diana, has mentioned the success of SexyLand's Subway system which was newly built and said she would love to have that in Rose Haven as well very soon, however it won't be to soon. She says downtown streets aren't that bad right now and the city is more focusing on making sure the bus system is best engineered for downtown before they will consider another form a transportation, due to the room saved by a subway though, it is highly likely that will be what Rose Haven chooses when it comes to that. In the 1800 census Rose Haven had 13,272 and so Diana predicts they will have one by the 1820 or the 1830 census, although if it was needed it could be brought by the 1810 census. Due to the demand for it Rose Haven got a municipal airport around the 1820 census

The city and the county are both known for their strict laws, and strong religious influence withen them. When the county is incorporated, if it ever is, then Godly Shores is set to be the County Seat, unless a different town with better aspects pops up before then. The city had one of the states biggest drops ever for a city in the 1830 census after New Shores & Godly Shores both started discrimination laws against LGBT citizens in the counties their both in

Controversial Issues

Same Sex Couple Rights/Transgendered rights

State rights just simply eliminate the possibility of death or jail for simply being gay, or for the sexual actions that two consensual adults make.

• Howard County - Full rights is granted to all citizens that are LGBT (except Niceville). However Transgendered citizens may face discrimination that other citizens may not. Full rights are granted to Trangendered people everywhere in the county except for in Niceville, where city laws and elections repealed the county-wide measures for just Niceville. LGB people still get full rights in Niceville however.
• Tipton County - Full rights are granted to both county-wide.
• Miami County - Full rights are granted to both county-wide.
• Hancock County - Full rights are granted to both county-wide.
• Brown County - Partial rights are granted to both county-wide. However it may be harder for both to get those rights than in some other counties. For example there are several restrictions to same-sex marriage in Brown County that restricts where they can get married at. There is also several hoops people that want to change genders have to jump through before they can go through with their proedures. Discrimination is illegal against LGB people, however trangendered people can still be refused service in Brown County. Starting the 1830 census however Brown County's county seat, New Shores and its mayor changed it stance which was controversial in the city. Heather did decide however to take away all rights of all LGBT people withen the state law. The state sent out an advisory for LGBT people to avoid the county.
• God & Jesus County - Full rights are granted in almost everywhere in the county. However in Beersburg trangendered people have no rights outside of what the state law grants. LGB citizens can get married among other rights, however descrimination laws are not inforced in Beersburg.
• Down County - The status of Down County is currently pending. Down County took the state to court in an attempt to exempt Down County from the previous state law which restricted death, jail, and other discrimination to LGBT citizens. Down County filled a claim saying they should be able to "protect God's word, and make things that are unnatural, and unjust illegal in his name". The US Federal court is expected to hear the case by June of this year. Until that hearing the only rights LGBT people get in Down County is what the state gives them, although the state has been pursuing Down County to insure those laws are enforced by Down County sheriffs since they weren't previously enforcing them. By the 1830 census Down County along with Brown County took away all rights, the state also advised LGBT citizens to avoid Down County as well.

Marijuana

Laws on this vary by county to county and then city to city, the state has no law on this topic. However it has been a very controversial topic among citizens.

• Howard County - County-wide and in Kokomo, Niceville, and Newry it is legal to smoke, however restrictions have been place on outside smoking on both this and tobacco. It is only legal to within your own home, or your own car in certain circumstances. In SexyLand it is legal to anywhere if it is for medication purposes, in which case you need a special card, for non-medical purposes it is illegal to outside of your home or care like the rest of the county.
• Tipton County - The law in Tipton County is identical to the law that Howard County has.
• Miami County - Miami Counties law is almost identical to the law in Howard County, except Miami County also restricts the usage of smoking in your car as well.
• Hancock County - Hancock County law is identical to the law that SexyLand in Howard County has.
• Brown County - Brown Counties law makes it legal, and places no restrictions on certain locations. However Brown County has placed a statute on that law to where it will honor the law from the place you come from that is shown on your state I.D. card.
• God & Jesus County - It is legal only for medical purposes in your home or car unless you are in your own home and then recreational usage is legal everywhere in the county except Beersville and Beersburg (legal everywhere, for any purpose). Jesusville also altered the county law to where it is completly illegal in the city unless its for medical purposes and only in your own home. However Jesusville will honor your native places law if that place allows it for recreational purposes in a home with owners consent, or in a car if your on a state road driving through. If you drive off the state road it is illegal to even have it unless you have a medical use card.
• Down County - since Down County is not an organized territory there is no law there. However since Godly Shores is incorporated they were able to decide, and the city very controversially to the city, chose to make it legal for any purpose, anywhere.
