(10/28/08) moved stableford to variations, reordered rules & regs, and rewrote penalties section

(10/29/08) added stableford, skins etc. to scoring section. Moved variations to golf variations page. Rewrote and restructured golf variations page

(11/8/08) Combined the Golf swing and How to hit a golf ball sections. Rewrote Golf shots section.

(11/11/08) Rewrote origins of the game section.

(11/17/08) Added history element to equipment section.
