This is my first entry, hope you enjoy it!
This is Max: An articled writer who doesn't like to read. A convincing storyteller who only talks to strangers if he cannot help it. And a stranger is everything but himself and any beautiful girl. Frankly, he is a man of absolutes and opposites. Inside, he still feels like the boy he was ten years ago, playing with Lego and Matchbox cars. It is a truism of the art of writing that a writer can only attain professionality through years of practice and learning. He sometimes dreams of when he was a child who only worried about building the largest possible Lego space station.
This is how it feels to be Max, for now: A yet short life has taught you more than you employ. You only learned to relax in the direst situations. Forget all the hurdles in your way, you have overcome many. Forget all of your dreams, until you realized one of them. On your way to actualize your biggest dream, before all the lesser ones, what can go wrong? Everything! That is the point many have tried to make clear to you, the ideal you must follow. Your parents, teachers and friends tried to inculcate it into your intellect, in vein.
I was born on January 18, 1984 in Frankfurt, the so-called 'Mainhatten' and baking capital of Europe. When I first snuck a peek at the beauty of my new world, my mind was still minuscule and insignificant. Now I am tenacious and sometimes have a real thick skull, with thick hair ornamenting it. Deep inside my brain though lurked an instinctive ulterior motive: take over the world and enslave you all. Luckily, for all of you, it still is only couching.
I always wanted to be a filmmaker, but plans change. When I saw Episode I in 1999, I was convinced to be the more talented writer, and challenged myself in creating a space saga of Star Wars' caliber. Time and fate schemed against me, and so I ended up studying 'Creative Writing', which is totally the opposite of what I initially desired doing. As you well know, things change, but some things never change. I am still a dreamer, and, fortunately, I am not the only one.
In my life, I have already moved 4 times to four different cities and one time to a boarding school. From Frankfurt to Düsseldorf to Cologne to Brussels and back to Düsseldorf. If I told half my experiences in that boarding school you'd probably short-circuit. However, it was time of self-finding and a chance to prove myself again and again. It was a coming-of-age experience, not completely but in some ways.
My early life is largely bland, other than the fact I was a big car fan. Now I still appreciate a nice car, however, not has vehemently as before. My passions today include Star Wars, films, DVD, my blog, writing and flirting. The latter is meant to be a comic addition. Well, that's about all I can think of, for now.

Education[edit]
I have been studying English since 1997, when I entered High School at the St. John's International School in Waterloo, Belgium. Before that I experienced very eventful teenage years, and moved four times in two different countries. Today, I am studying 'creative writing' in London. It's my second semester. Certainly, I do a lot of writing, but like any human being I spent a lot of time contemplating the world and it's nature. However, it wasn't my first passion, long before I learned that the word is mightier than the sword, I pursued other aspirations. Just like my idol George Lucas I desired more than anything to become a film maker. But, as you well know, plans change. Now I'll let the world decide my future, and I am curious to find out what possible surprises tomorrow brings.
