Should the guideline discouraging biographical infoboxes for composers be removed, with all uses of the hidden message "Before adding an infobox, please consult Wikipedia:WikiProject Composers#Biographical infoboxes and seek consensus on this article's talk page." be formally deprecated, with a guideline to remove them if encountered?
