Who I am

I am a computer programmer with the State of West Virginia. I work in the Department of Health's Vital Registration office where I write software to help with the administration and issuance of birth, death, marriage and fetal death certificates. I am also the supervisor of our Document Imaging department, who scans the documents into a custom document management system (parts of which I've written, all of it I support). I also do some of our web pages, including some custom basic content management software.

My Education

• I am a 1990 graduate of Poca High School, in Poca WV.
• I was trained as a Combat Medic and Respiratory Tharpist through the US Army.
• I hold an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Science from West Virginia State Community and Technical College
• I hold a Regent's Bachelor's of Arts from West Virginia State University.

Personal

I am married and have two young children. I am a Christian (Independent Baptist).
