The Queen's Wharf was the main wharf in York, Upper Canada, later Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was in use from the 1830s until the 1920s, when the waters around it were landfilled. One of two lighthouses on the wharf was preserved, now known as the Queen's Wharf Lighthouse, moved to an adjacent park.

The wharf was built at the mouth of Toronto Harbour, adjacent to Fort York in 1833. The wharf served as a docking and cargo-handling facility. It was built also to hinder the growth of the sandbar at the mouth of the harbour and hinder freeze-up in winter.
