The Wildhearts is the sixth album by the eponymous band. The first (download only) single was "The Sweetest Song" released two weeks before the album. The next single was "The New Flesh", the first on the album to be accompanied with a video.

Reception

The album reached number 55 in the UK album charts the week after its release.

Remastered by Dave Draper (The Wildhearts, Ginger, Terrorvision, Ryan Hamilton) – this deluxe edition comes with 7 bonus rare, hard-to-find and unheard tracks, previously only available on long out-of-print singles or the Japanese version of the original release. The track “Zeen Requiem” is previously unreleased and different to the version which was later released on “Chutzpah!”.
