New enough, certainly long enough, seems neutral. AGF on print sources, which look very good. QPQ done. Is "outrightly" exactly a word? Or the best word? Apparently it might be Nigerian English: "Chief among these are the words “outrightly” and “downrightly.” They are probably not strictly Nigerian inventions, but native English speakers don't say “downrightly” or “outrightly.” These adverbs don't take the “ly” form. So where a Nigerian ..... Though there are a few other uses on google. "Explicitly/openly" might be better. Earwig is the cleanest I've ever seen, rather comically so. GTG except not "outrightly". - Cheers Johnbod please to await my Western Union details :) explicit is fine. In fact, strictly, I don't suppose it needs any qualifier. The point being (poorly!) made is that although there were socialist ideas around, no organisation actually formed around them until the SD&RC. Thoughts? 07:14, 29 August 2018 (UTC)
