- ... that Ramiz Kovaçi, an opera baritone at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Albania, was also in the jury of the second edition of the Festivali i Këngës, a light music event?

Article is long enough and new enough. Some sources are in Albanian, AGFing on them. Not sure that source #1 and #4 support all content attributed to them. Didn't notice any copyvio or plagiarism, but I can't check the Albanian sources. I see that QPQ is done. Hook is perhaps a bit boring, and falls under the caveat about the fourth source. - Source #1 (now #2) is not connected to the hook, it says "Outstanding opera singers are Gaqo Qako, Ramiz Kovaci, Mentor Xhemali lnva Mula etc", thereby granting notability to Kovaci among the best ever opera singers of Albania of his generation. I made an edit to better represent such source, as it was standing right after the title of People's Artist of Albania, which is better supported by Source#2 (now source#1). Source#4 brings along a conversation among the members of the Jury for the Festival i Kenges, and the disagreement between Kovaci and Zadeja as to whether Flake e Bore has a national Albanian tune or not, and basically in the article the two pages of the source, which refers to a conversation among the members of the jury are summarized merely that there was a disagreement. No OR there, but the hook is enough supported by the fact that Kovaci started being the member of the Jury in the second edition of the festival. The sources are not specific enough to give an idea as to how long he was a member of the jury, but the interesting fact of the hook is that an opera singer was making decisions on a light music festival.
