  • ALT1:... that the production has begun on Money Monster, which was once scheduled to begin early 2013?
  • ALT2:... that Lee Gates will be held hostage by Kyle Budwell, who lost all of his money on a bad tip from Lee during his show Money Monster?
  • ALT3:... that in Money Monster, a disgruntled viewer takes a TV financial adviser (played by George Clooney) hostage after following a stock tip and losing all his money?

  • The length doesn't qualify: the prior prose length was 776 kb, and the current size is 3637 -- of 3880 required. The length does not qualify by word count, either. Editor still needs to review another DYK nomination. The article is neutral. Article has inline citations, but PLOT section is missing citations. The article has no apparent plagiarism. Hook length is ok at 109. The article has some grammatical errors, including the sentance that features the hook information. The ALT1 Hook has a grammatical problem (producing... or produced?), but also neither Hook is all that interesting? I'd suggest something to do with the "on-air hostage-taking to increase a stock's value." 842U (talk) 13:13, 5 March 2015 (UTC)
  • First, -- required prose length should be "at least 1,500 characters" and current is more than 1,600. Second, -- I'll review a nom. Third, -- plot section is cited now.   • 1,500 characters applies to new articles. Your article is an existing article that you've expanded, in which case it must be a five-fold expansion (in other words, if an article has 1000 bytes of prose (not the whole article, see the "prose" entry), it must be expanded to 5000 bytes of prose (not the whole article) to be considered new, and thus eligible for Did You Know) -- hence the numbers I cited. 842U (talk) 21:15, 5 March 2015 (UTC)

  • Your three are not very interesting. See this: about "hookiness". Yours do not have an unlikely juxtopostion, superlative or record, a tease, or anything unusual -- the things that make a hook "hooky." You're right, your first suggestion might be the best of your three, but seriously, it's just not very engaging, IMHO. 842U (talk) 15:13, 7 March 2015 (UTC)
  • Yeah you are right, only first one is just a bit better than others. I've suggested ALT3 and added "(played by George Clooney)", it would make the hook more "hooky" as Clooney is an Oscar winner and very famous. --Captain Assassin! «T ♦ C ♦ G» 15:54, 7 March 2015 (UTC)
