  • Going with ALT1 hook. Hook verified online, article ready, img is good, prose confirmed at 3710 by DYKcheck! Rcej (Robert)talk 08:48, 25 November 2011 (UTC)
  • Hmm... I am unimpressed with the sourcing for ALT1. The source for ALT1 is a page on a website called "Underwater Photography by Scott Boyd" that states: "Individual animals can live to be several centuries old, and have lived nearly 100 years in aquariums before dying due to equipment malfunction ( not old age )." Not only is the reliability of the source doubtful, but the offhand statement of the fact does not agree well with the hook. On the other hand, the original hook is well-supported by this solid source, which further says it is "said to be the world's tallest polyp." Why was the original hook crossed out? --Orlady (talk) 03:29, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
  • Let's go with the original hook. Rcej (Robert)talk 07:07, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
