• Not only is Dominican Republic ineligible for DYK (not a 5x expansion, was not brought to GA within the last seven days), but the proposed hook is patently false. The Dominican Republic has not annexed Dominica: the two countries aren't even close to each other, so such an annexation is unlikely.
