Christopher Hornsrud[edit]

5x expanded by Iselilja (talk). Self-nominated at 22:01, 18 April 2015 (UTC).

  • So, here goes ... my first DYK review. Article was expanded more than x5 starting on 12 April and ending, plus nominated for DYK, on 18 April so within the timeframe. Article is wellwritten, no copyvio or plagiarism problems, reliable sources have been used, it is neutral in tone. But there is a problem with the hook. The part about Hornsrud being the longest-living person to ever to be Prime Minister is referenced and ok. The part about him being the first from the Labour Party to become Prime Minister is not even mentioned in the body of the text and therefore not referenced.
As per Eligibility criteria 3a, hook facts must be mentioned in the article. The text says that he was a member of the Labour Party and that he was appointed Prime Minister, but it does not say that he was the first one from that party. That is only mentioned in the lead. If it is in the lead it should also be in the text (and referenced). Now, one of the links you have in the "External links" section the Regjeringen.no stated that fact very clearly. So if you could just add that simple statement to the main text and move that link from the External and make a reference of it instead, that part of the hook should be ok too. :) Otherwise the hook is long enough. I made a ALT1 suggestion that does not repeat the same words twice. You are welcome to add more suggestions. Best, w.carter-Talk 23:47, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
Thank you so much for making the review W.carter I have added the info of being first Labour prime minister to the body (quite forgotten in the details) and included an inline NBL reference. I had already used the NBL ref. other places in the article, and it is practical identical to the Regjeringen.no link (since they use NBL as basis). The fact is in the end of the second paragraph. And yes, ALT 1 is better for hook. Also added QPQ. Regards, Iselilja (talk) 21:22, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
Hook facts now in main article and cited, AGF not necessary since I understand Norwegian quite well, so good to go. Good work on expanding it! w.carter-Talk 21:36, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
