Factual issues[edit]

Having being a native german speaker and having stumbled across the english version of this article, I could not help but notice that there are numerous issues in this article. Most numbers (number of plants in austria, cost, currency, ...) are simply wrong, and appear correct in the cited sources and in the german wiki article. In the first edit I just made, I corrected some of the horrible denglish used in the text, the next edit will replace numbers I personally cross checked with the german-language sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.208.100.196 (talk) 17:05, 2 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Question about picture[edit]

Picture shows a large smokestack. Nuclear power doesn't need a smokestack because no combustion. So the question is, why is there that smokestack? Is it used for water vapor? Or is this a picture of a coal plant? TeH nOmInAtOr (talk) 00:08, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It's not a smokestack, it's for venting steam. DS (talk) 18:33, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Steam, radioactive gasses and other radionuclides. If it were steam alone the stack wouldn't need to be so tall, but 'the solution to pollution being dilution', the tall stack helps to minimize the dose to workers and those living nearby. Nonukes (talk) 12:53, 7 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Question about the solar panels[edit]

The article states: "After completion, 1000 solar panels on the face of the building and on the lot will provide approximately 180 MWh of electricity per year".

Note that's not MW, nor MWh, it's MWh/yr (which is confusing). 180MWh/yr is actually 20.55KW or 27.56hp. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.92.59.194 (talk) 17:27, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
