Regarding euthanasia info[edit]

I've removed the euthanasia info that, though referenced, is actually third-hand (at least) material. The Maxim Gershuoff memoir that is cited in the Philadelphia Inquirer article can be viewed here: It's Not All Song and Dance: see page 151. It says,"Paul Strauss told us he had heard in Europe that ...Egorov had a lethal injection". I tried several times to rewrite the section to include this material accurately - reflecting that Gershunoff was told of this by Strauss who was told of this by someone else. but finally, I believe it is unencyclopedic to include due to its hearsay nature. Nationality[edit]

Dear Stanvanloon,

You have added a claim without source. Please provide a source for your claim. Unsourced claims are likely to be removed from wikipedia.

Simultaneously, you have removed a claim that was sourced. You have not removed the source of which you claim that it is incorrect. Therefore, the current version of this page gives a misleading impression, i.e. that the claim that Egorov was naturalized as Dutch citizen has a source, albeit the source says the opposite, namely, that Egorov did not obtain the Dutch nationality. This cannot have been your intention, as I do not doubt your good will to do justice towards this artist (WP:GF).
