remarks[edit]
BovineOne is correct about the references. You may want to seek input from a third party, ideally with expertise in interpreted languages.--Lucent (talk) 04:14, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

John - While I find the page very informative, I'm qutie disappointed that Yoix has not been renamed "G" and am looking forward to the resolution of this problem soon before pursuing litigation. ```` - Gordon L. Wasserman
NPOV, notability, conflict of interest, advertising tone[edit]
This article was primarily written by one of the creators of Yoix, Jmocenigo. Please keep in mind that articles created on Wikipedia are editable by everyone and even an article's creator or primary contributor has no special editorial rights for vetting others' contributions.
While Yoix may be a good scripting language, no effort has been made to establish notability. Please provide examples of reputable industry sources citing its value as well as notable usage outside of demos created by its creators.
The article discusses no weaknesses or drawbacks to the scripting language and frames all its attributes in a favorable light to the point of taking on an advertising tone.
If notability cannot be established, deletion will be proposed. Since deleted articles are inaccessible, it is recommended that the creator of this article save a backup for later use when Yoix catches on and is able to show significant adoption. --Lucent (talk) 21:32, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
addressing concerns[edit]
The article has been reorganized and some text added in an attempt to address the concerns expressed. Notability hopefully comes two ways: firstly in being the product of a world-recognized research organization and, secondly, in being used as a key component in a critical application used by a multi-national corporation, which few new languages can claim. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jmocenigo (talk • contribs) 02:00, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
- There are no references to support either of those claims. please see WP:REF for details on how to properly cite sources for such claims. -- Bovineone (talk) 03:45, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
