I wondered if someone could add a clarification of exactly what the quantity h_j is. It appears first in the theory section relating to the normal to a crystal face. It then appears again in the proof, but with no explanation as to what its magnitude is. This would help ease of understanding of the proof.

I've added some explanation of h; it is basically a generalized radius, and is drawn from the center of the crystal to the face. I've also linked in from surface energy and facet (adding the appropriate information to those articles, which had no mention of anisotropy previously); I don't know if this is enough to remove the orphan tag or not.
