The switching between Gavin Millington and Gavin Miller is getting disruptive. Please provide reliable sources to show if it is Millington or Miller that should be in the article. Every official website states Miller. I presume the 'Millington' thing was a bit of a joke, as the user that kept changing this wiki page has been told to stop changing other wiki pages in the past.
