What's really intersting here is that, coincidentaly, there is an obscure kimberlite formation in Riley County, Kansas (the county where I live) that produced a noticable crater on the surface, called "the winkler crater" near Winkler, Kansas. Despite having seen it with my own eyes, I don;t know crap about it, excepot that it has some of the few extremely rare volcanic rocks found on the surface in Kansas. if someone could study up on it, maybe this could be added in a "trivia" section or something. (Note: The crater, though interesting, doesn't desrve a wiki article. its just plain too obscure). Nick Warren 10:30, 23 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
