Proposed merger[edit]
The Hastings article already has some information about Hastings Old Town, but no information on Winkle Island, which is at the heart of the Old Town. Every day for over a thousand years?[edit]
I find it impossible to believe that the boats have been launched every day for a thousand years, or that anyone has recorded this. But I've added a "fact" template rather than deleting the statement, toprompt anyone who knows better to substantiate this. --rossb 22:56, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
