I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Thanks for creating the article. It is an article about an individual with a claim to notability based on his being a mayor, but there are no substantive statements about his mayorship as in his activities as a politician and office-holder while he was mayor, or any contextual information about why he entered politics to become a mayor, or whether and how he was connected to any political events or currents prior, during or after his mayorship, and things of that sort. This points to a lack of notability. Shallow and circumstantial coverage. Or there are sources / more in the sources used.
