Copyvio ?[edit]

Strange likeness with the biography on allaboutJazz [1]. I don't know which way the copy was made though. Can anyone check ? Sylenius (talk) 21:50, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure which article changed in the meantime, but this appears to no longer be a concern. Thanks, -- Gyrofrog (talk) 23:47, 4 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Discography[edit]

Parker has ~100 releases as co-leader and 200+ as a sideperson; it seems likely he'll need a separate discography page eventually...? I've started putting together a more comprehensive table for his albums as leader here, to at least start getting sources + personnel listings for those, but welcome any thoughts on how to best organize all of that (e.g., different sections for his main ensembles?).

Derek R Bullamore, tapping you re: the discography cleanup template (thanks for adding that; I worked on this article recently but somehow didn't notice that it was so uneven!): I reorganized / filled in / wikitable'd info for albums as leader, added a co-leader section, standardized dates by release year, and made a number of corrections, but I didn't want to remove your template note without checking in because I haven't added references––but I'll do so as I go along, especially when checking personnel listings. // Knifegames (talk) 09:15, 1 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, thanks for that. I feel at least the unreferenced part of the tag should remain, until such time as these are added. Good luck in your endeavours. If I were you, I would split off the discography section sooner rather than later - it is threatening to swamp the rest of Parker's article.
