I know that in the photo provided, he is wearing the DFC as the seniormost award, but I am sure that this is not the proper display. From MCO P1020.34G, "Marines who have been specifically authorized by law to accept decorations from foreign governments may wear them after all U.S. campaign and service awards in the order of their receipt." I think he is wearing it in such a manner in the photo because he had just recieved it, and was still in London. Upon leaving the UK, he would have reverted to the designated manner of display and placed it last. I feel that it is worth changing the article to reflect this, and possibly leaving a small note to this effect. Is there any dissenting opinion? bahamut0013wordsdeeds 11:05, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Nah...you're right on that one. I was not thinking straight when I put it first.--Looper5920 (talk) 12:07, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
With no dissentions, I've made the change and added a note to that effect. bahamut0013wordsdeeds 15:32, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry anon, to make statements like you're trying to insert into the article we need evidence. If it's "established fact" then you should be able to find a published source that says it, if not, it appears to just be your opinion. Please see the policies, no original research, verifiability and reliable sources-since Chesraek is alive, his article is held to a particularly high standard of sourcing, biographies of living people.
