I have just created the article[edit]

Summarizing the plot was tricky. The Onion Girl was hard enough to summarize, with its back-and-forth chronology; this was harder. It's the type of book that continually alternates among a string of characters while juggling several interconnected plot threads. I handled the summary by separating Jilly's story from the story about the fairies and cousins, since these two story threads progressed mostly independently of each other. Christiana Tree[edit]

This character appeared as early as "Spirits in the Wires". She was not Geordie's "shadow". Christiana is a manifestation of made up of personality traits Christy left behind at the age of seven, and was Christy's "shadow". --WPaulB (talk) 17:07, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
