Fair use rationale for Image:Magic Sam-West Side Soul (album cover).jpg[edit]

Image:Magic Sam-West Side Soul (album cover).jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Incorrect credit for track 3. "I Feel So Good (I Wanna Boogie)".[edit]

The song was written By Junior Parker, recorded as "Feelin' Good" and released on Sun Records by his band Little Junior & The Blue Flames in 1953. Magic Sam's version is, both musically and lyrically, a direct, if slightly faster, cover. I don't know to whom the track is credited on Sam's 1967 album but I question whether the error should be propagated here. Do you have a reference that backs this up? I don't have a physical copy of the album, so no idea what the liner notes say - but if the writing credits are wrong here, we definitely would want to fix it. However, we'd need some reference that shows that Parker wrote the song. By the way, putting "See Talk" in the article is bad form so I removed it. Let's get the writing credits sorted out and then it can be changed if need be afterwards. Zubizuva (talk) 18:01, 21 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I think instead it must be credited to J.B.Lenoir, in fact the title is not "Feelin' Good"...and also "Need Your Love So Bad" was recorded earlier than B.B.King by John Lee Hooker for Modern Records (but I am not sure if He was the author). 37.100.76.220 (talk) 17:10, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
