Hiker death statistics[edit]

I've removed this as it's not supported by the source: "On average 3.4 hikers perish along the trail per year. ^[1]" The source, by the way, is also full of amusing fictions, particularly about bears. Not a reliable source :) Clayoquot (talk | contribs) 05:45, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
