Unreliable source tag[edit]

It doesn't look like Sleep Advisor is a WP:MEDRS quality source, and should not be used to support medical claims. _signed,Rosguill ^talk 20:46, 16 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Warm-milk and resemblance to breast milk?[edit]

I had a thought today that the reason why people believe warm milk will help them sleep is because it is more similar to breast milk, which of course relaxes people as babies. But I wonder if there would be any sources for this... 74.105.253.119 (talk) 08:44, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
