Luftwaffe Service Years[edit]

I pointed out to User:AustralianRupert that his years of service in the Luftwaffe in the main part of his article (1943-1945) did not match the years stated in his information box (1939-1945). Therefore User:AustralianRupert changed it, if there is any doubt on his years as a Luftwaffe pilot please correct not only myself, inform the above user too. Notability[edit]

Does not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage not found link, just passing mentions and / or non RS for notability.

No de.wiki article exists. Did not hold a significant command and topped out as Oberleutnant. Successful completion of missions (sorties flown, # of enemy aircraft shot down, etc) is not part of SOLDIER. A MilHist RfC on this topic has failed to gain consensus in May of 2017:

MilHist:RfC on the notability of flying aces.
