Sense[edit]

I am trying to make some sense out of the first paragraph of the "description" section, but I am not being very successful: So the word means "joyful water", a yacht ran aground, a crowd gathered for salvage, and a preacher preached a sermon.

What does all that have to do with each other?

If you are going to summarize a whole book in two sentences, please don't reduce it in such a way as to make it incomprehensible.

Also, shouldn't this section rather be called "History"? I don't see a whole lot of "description" in that section, but a lot of history instead. --217.239.13.185 (talk) 13:29, 9 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
