I don't think it will be, especially if it is being released in March, I think it will be a side game, not a new name for the series. The reason for this is, the Smackdown vs Raw series is to big and can be expanded, especially now they have DLC and create-a-finisher, because CAF is going to be perfect the first time, and it will need to be improved.

IGN confirmed the game to be seperate to Smackdown vs Raw series.

I read on IGN that Legends of Wrestlemania will: "and it's in addition to the WWE SmackDown vs. RAW franchise." that means we will have the SVR series and the legends of wrestlemania series. Roster

Does this roster seem a little outrageous to anybody else? Mick Foley, Kurt Angle, and Scott Steiner are all contracted to TNA now. Foley was with WWE recently enough that he could probably be included (plus he might still be under a Legends contract, I'm not sure), but Angle and Steiner seem like definite no-goes. The complete roster was finalized on IGN´s wrestlefest 4 and in addition to that, the roster on the official website has 2 more names on it: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka and "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes. So a complete roster section should be justified by now!

Game info

Dont know if any of this info is valid, but I just thought i should put it up seeing though you yanks dont have the game :p.

Here's the major things I noticed about the game that has not already annouced on ign or other sources proir to release:

• You cannot go outside the ring when in a ladder match
• Create-a-legend hairstyles and costumes have been dramatically improved (compared to svr09)
• You can't change your control setup back to svr09 controls
• SVR09 importing is very easy, all you need is a svr09 savedata, not even the game!
• You cant put two of the same superstars up against each other (eg: svr Shawn Michael vs LOW Shawn Michaels, svr HHH vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley)
• There are no unlockable legends/superstars (exluding svr09 superstars) but there are however a number of unlockable attires that you unlock through either REDIFINE, RELIVE, or REWITE modes.
• There is a cheat code system available in the game, but no known cheat codes availabe (checked on cheatcc.com), but some may be announced around the 24th, when you guys get it, like they did with svr.
• Royal Rumble and Hell in a Cell matchs have been improved, with Hell in Cell matches now starting ontop of the cell.
• There is a trophy section on your hardrive for PS3 owners of the game
• You impove your CAW/CAS/CAL 's rating by competing in a mode called "Legend Killer"
