Transmitter Location[edit]

{{geodata-check}} The transmitter location seems to be pointing to the transmitter's previous location in the Billings Student Center - I'll look into getting info on where exactly it is currently, but as of Nov 2022 it is muchg closer to 44.475813,-73.1985454 (as the station is now in the Dudley H. Davis Center).

@Goshawksonlyfly: The "Transmitter coordinates" field in the infobox is normally used to give the coordinates of a station's broadcast antenna, not those of the station's studio, so I don't think that the move of the studio from the Billings Student Center to the Davis Center should have any effect on them. The coordinates in the article (which I've tweaked a wee bit) match closely with those given in the FCC database and the Radio-Locator site linked in the "External links" section, and they indicate a spot on the rooftop of the school's medical center rather than either the Billings Library or the Davis Center. Interesting! My understanding (as I've met some of the DJs there) was that both the studio AND the broadcasting equipment were in the Davis Center. Knowing how the WRUV executive board seems to be rather disorganized, it's possible that either the FCC database entry is incorrect/out-of-date or that they failed to explain to DJs where exactly the transmitter is located.
