A fact from WFRF (AM) appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 13 March 2011 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that Florida-based Christian radio station WFRF helped launch Imani Radio in Kenya and provided 2,500 solar powered radios to local villages, hospitals, and prisoners?

The result of the move request was: No consensus to move; in fact, the original request was really seeking a merger of two articles, not a move. R'n'B (call me Russ) 21:05, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
WFRF (AM) → WFRF — This station has both AM and FM simulcasts of each other. Why not combine them into one article, just like WTAQ in Green Bay, Wisconsin? Please help improve Wikipedia by following through with this move. Thanks! --Krauseaj 15:13, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Support per nominator. WFRF-FM currently redirects here. –CWenger (talk) 18:47, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose as WFRF-FM is a radio station with more than 20 years of history, only the last few of which have any overlap with WFRF (AM). Since this request was made, I have created an extensive article for WFRF-FM and will expand the WFRF (AM) article as well. - Dravecky (talk) 00:41, 6 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Update: I have now also significantly expanded the WFRF (AM) article and encourage any editor to review both articles as they are now when considering whether a merger is still warranted. I believe quite strongly that this is no longer the case. - Dravecky (talk) 05:21, 6 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
