W280EL Yates?[edit]

FCC database on 06-Mar-2024 has W280EL transmitting from Oak Park \(per lat/lon coords, 42 26 52.1 N 83 10 22.7 W) but has Yates \(which is out by Lake Michigan, a couple hundred miles away) as city of license! FCC also says the station is relaying WRCJ, not the Smile HD Christian feed. Can someone located in Detroit untangle these conflicts?
