British Army[edit]

The London Gazette of 5 June 1936 has the following entry: The undermentioned to be 2nd Lts. 6 June 1936 - R. Norfolk R - William Menzies Weekes Fowler (late Cadet, Durham Sch, Contgt., Jun.
