The result of the debate was Merged. 2606:A000:6604:D700:998A:D7EA:9D5B:D660 (talk) 02:52, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I am requesting a merge of the two articles because a majority of W.T. Harris Boulevard is along NC 24 and also because this article about W.T. Harris Boulevard is light on content that isn't already covered by NC 24. In an effort to reduce redundancy, I believe this would be best going forward. --WashuOtaku (talk) 14:28, 14 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Support - My own 2016 choices come back to bite me, don't they? Creator of the page - Like Washu was saying, it's too specific, too short, pretty much a duplicate of the NC-24 page... and doesn't really fit in with standards these days. Supporting merge because of it. Ncfriend (talk) 00:50, 16 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Mixed - While I should vote to support this merge, there's still the issue of the non-marked ends. I cite a known boulevard in Queens and Nassau Counties in New York called Hillside Avenue which redirects to New York State Route 25B, despite the fact that the western half has no designation, and the portions between Queens Boulevard and Braddock Avenue is New York State Route 25. Anytime I write about sites along the street west of Queens Boulevard, I always emphasize the fact that it's on a non-designated portion of the road. If we can find a way to integrate these facts into the NC 24 article, I'd be a bit more enthusiastic about the merge. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 02:30, 16 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wouldn't be hard to note that it continues on another quarter mile to a mile at either end, there really isn't much to say. Something along the lines like "after turning east onto Albemarle Road, WT Harris Boulevard continues south to end at Independence Boulevard." Ta-da! --WashuOtaku (talk) 04:57, 16 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, I'd even go so far as to include the designation of Independence Boulevard; more like "after turning east onto Albemarle Road, WT Harris Boulevard continues south to end at US 74 (Independence Boulevard)." ---------User:DanTD (talk) 05:33, 16 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
