There's an entry on voice training, perhaps this should be integrated into, or at the very least linked to, that one? Dan (talk) 03:35, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vocal coachs are not just for singing, there newcaster, normal persons, and others. I can serve many purposes.

I'd note the same problem with respect to the present entry. The phrase 'vocal coach' is by no means confined solely to singers. AtomikWeasel (talk) 21:35, 13 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A vocal coach is NOT the same thing as a voice teacher. This entry includes elements of both. A voice teacher works on the student's voice. They work on vocal health and techniques. Voice teachers work on things like range, note accuracy, breath control, head vs chest voice, and countless other techniques vital to the singer. A vocal coach is generally working on improving the student's song performance. In general, vocal coaches do NOT focus on technique. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.164.62.29 (talk) 16:26, 21 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
