This is an unprofessional value. Video IVR is the name used to clarify the subject to Telecommunication professionals who know IVR but not 3G based services.

The right term is IVVR (Interactive Voice and Video Response).

Please use your Wiki internal tools to redirect this value to a value titled IVVR.

The above comment was somewhat correct, in that Video IVR was a subset of the technology for Visual IVR, as distributed by Microsoft and other companies. So I've moved the page and adjusted the information to make the page more broad. Jeremy112233 (talk) 18:44, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
