Fair use in Virtue (musical group)[edit]

Though this copyrighted image's use is permissible according to U.S. fair use laws for the following reasons:

This is a low resolution version of the album/single cover.
The inclusion of this image does not damage the image's owner's right to sell the album/single.
This cannot feasibly be used to create illegal copies of the album/single.
The image relates directly to a mention of the recording in the article.
This image was made famous by Virtue (musical group) and is therefore significant to this article.
