I am head of technology research for an industry association dealing with customer support issues. I have been trying (not always successfully) to add some terms common in my industry to Wikipedia, as our members (large technology companies) usually start with Wikipedia for definitions. We/I do not profit in any way from these terms being listed, nor do we sell products or services to enable these technology areas. I have quoted published SSPA research in a few places to show the terms and discussion are already in the public domain.John Ragsdale (talk) 22:40, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
