The article's history shows that it is by User:Kevin Avery (contributions). A person with the same name is "linked in". Further: Kevin Avery’s Specialties: Writing, editing, garnering media attention, book proposals, creating Wikipedia entries, contract negotiation, pricing, tariff publication, transportation and logistics (my emphasis).
