I don't see how this is like advertising, it states fact about the neighborhood and its development —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.225.129.59 (talkcontribs)

This entire section "Neighborhoods" reeks of marketing style wording. "The design of these neighborhoods were inspired by American neighborhoods of the early twentieth century, including those of nearby Phoenix's highly-desirable historic districts. Many homes feature garages that are accessed from a rear alley rather than from the street to provide for a more traditional and attractive streetscape." For what reason is that last sentence needed other than as a marketing tool? Pkrecker 03:21, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I removed some of the more ad-ish adjectives ("highly-desirable" and "attractive"), but it could still use some help. As for notability, we could really use some numbers (as in, number of houses that will exist at buildout) because from what I know it is planned to be a pretty sizeable community. --24.251.240.229 17:32, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
