Article frozen in 2014?[edit]

So many references are from 2014. That is eight years ago. How much of this article is history and how much is happening now? Plus, the products section is like a marketing brochure, even with removal/replacement of excessive use of the word “solutions” — a marketing term from the company. This article could use a lot of cutting by someone more knowledgable of this industry. And updating with sources that are not straight press releases from the subject of the article. - - Prairieplant (talk) 10:01, 26 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Completely agree. I am going to try and see if I can help out a little. Tincoaster (talk) 19:21, 9 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Feeling really overwhelmed here, so much of the page is sourced by press releases. Tincoaster (talk) 18:45, 16 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Typo in CEO's name[edit]

Hello! I am here on behalf of Verifone through my employer, Francisco Partners, to request a typo in the infobox. I will not make my own updates to the page as I respect the rules in place for my conflict of interest.

A recent edit by User:Albelamastnaion removed a redlink from the infobox, but in the process also changed the CEO's name from Mike Pulli (which was correct) to Mike Pulling (which is incorrect). Are editors available to correct the name by reverting it back to "Mike Pulli"? Bloomberg and Verifone's website verify the proper spelling.

Thank you all for any consideration, please let me know if other information is needed and I'll happily collaborate further. Janice at FP (talk) 19:35, 10 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
