Resultant was the current Olivet Plan, which debuted in 1995 and may be one of the most progressive curricula in the nation.

this claim should be elaborated on. The term progressive can mean different things to different people. If the claim means that the university embodies and teaches principles of liberalism/progressivism, say that and then say why some consider it to be this way. It's like claiming Detroit is on the forefront of race relations without providing examples. This claim was obviously made by a person who wants others to consider Olivet as a progressive institution. But it is true? MPS 22:27, 30 Dec 2004 (UTC)

What happened to the rest of the article. Why was it edited to delete any history after 1944 and deleting all of the facilities and so on? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.76.86.108 (talk) 18:05, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

Cleanup

I just added a cleanup tag to this article, since it seems to have gone downhill since I last edited here. The logo is huge, someone added more uncited enrollment numbers and things like a Dr. prefix and PhD suffix to the president's name. This stuff is not cool, of course. General guidelines can be found at the project page and WP:UNIGUIDE but I'll come back to edit myself if there's no one else familiar with university article standards who is willing to do so (anyone who is willing but doesn't know about those standards can feel free to ask me for advice, too). Peace. --Aepoutre (talk) 20:50, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Racial Tension Removed

The article used to reflect the significant racial riots and related events in Olivet's history. See here. I don't see any reason for these to have been removed as they're probably the most notable thing about the college.
