Now that it is a start, you mus definitely consider looking at other related articles for ideas for improvement. For starters, you may begin with a look on Georgetown University School of Medicine which is presently a B-class article. This should give you an idea as to what the next step in quality would be. Thereafter, your beacon could be Dartmouth Medical School which is a Featured Article as of today. I'm sure that these articles will suggest you enough ideas to continue improving the current article.

Being a student of the first batch of UCMS I still remember the October 25th 1971 morning at the Physics Department's (not the Chemistry department) new building at Delhi University. 130 students waited with baited breath for their dreams to come true. The single lecture theatre on the first floor of the building was kindly alloted to UCMS to make a beginning. The Anatomy dissection hall was at one end of the floor while the physiology laboratory at the other. One full and one half cadavers were brought from MAMC to start our anatomy dissection. Dr G Mishra and Dr Alok Khan, both PGs at MAMC were our part-time Anatomy demonstrators. I would appeal to the Alumni Association of UCMS to make an attempt to contact the seniormost batch - the first batch - of the college for a meet to recount the trials and tribulations that they had to undergo awaiting the birth of the college. Dr Arabinda Ray, Ist Batch MBBS, 1975, recepient of the 1st Gold Medal in Obstetrics & Gynaecology of UCMS.
