I don't know what was going on in 2007, but I don't believe this is currently an accurate description of the Decca Label Group. It is not the same as Universal Classics Group, which I'm not sure even exists anymore. As shown on this Web page - http://www.deccalabelgroup.com/ - Decca Label Group includes three other label or music groups: Universal Music Classical, Decca Records (US), and Decca Broadway. The latter two are not classical musical groups. I am in the middle of trying to sort out the organization for myself.
